About Dr. Nimira Alibhoy

I stand for a world where we can live our passions and purpose fully, without the fear of our physical bodies giving out.

Dr. Nimira Alibhoy, D.C.

You’ve Done Everything for Everyone Else. Now It’s Time to Come Home to You.

Dr. Nimira Alibhoy is the founder of ALIVE Wellness Center, a chiropractic provider, speaker, and guide for high-capacity women who are tired of powering through chronic symptoms and want real healing, not just short-term relief.
With over 14 years of experience in Upper Cervical Chiropractic care, she specializes in helping women rebuild trust in their bodies by addressing the nervous system directly. Her clients often come to her after trying everything else. What they find is a provider who listens, adjusts with precision, and holds space for the kind of care they didn’t know existed.

Get to Know Dr. Nimira and ALIVE Wellness Center, In Her Own Words

Watch this short video to get a feel for her space, her philosophy, and what care at ALIVE Wellness Center is really like.

The Science is Solid. The Care is Personal.

Dr. Nimira earned her undergraduate degree at Chapman University in Orange, California, and completed her Doctor of Chiropractic at Life University in Atlanta, Georgia. She was honored as one of Conejo Valley’s 40 under 40 and recognized as a Woman of Impact Nominee by the American Heart Association. She has also been a finalist for the SFV Business Journal’s Women’s Leadership Awards.
But what matters more than any of that is this:

She sees her work as a blend of science, soul, and service. Her practice is built around a 14-year-refined protocol that balances the art of listening with the skill of clear, diagnostic action.

This Is Not Fast-Care. This Is Nervous System Healing That Respects Your Story.

At ALIVE Wellness Center, no one is rushed. No one is “crazy.” And no one is treated like a number. Every woman who walks through the door is met with deep respect, consistent structure, and care that evolves with her body.
If you’ve been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or told to “just wait and see,” you are exactly the kind of person this practice was built for.

Being a Practitioner Means Nothing If You Don’t Make People Feel Safe.

Dr. Nimira blends clinical mastery with calm authority. Her patients often describe her as the person who finally helped them exhale. That is not by accident. Her mission is simple: help women return to themselves; one adjustment, one pause, one breakthrough at a time.

Ready to Reconnect With Your Body?

Let’s start with a conversation. You don’t need to be “bad enough” to get support. You just need to be ready for something different.
